Taking a wild stab in the dark here…Victorville, at the cement plant.

Not Fontana or Victorville.

Looks a lot like Winnemucca, Nevada, former WP side of the city. Those mountains are very Nevada-like. The sagebrush and grass is in keeping for the Great Basin desert, and the milepost is about right.

Right on the money RWM, Excelent job !!! It’a about 3/4 mile west of the US95 overpass.
