What are your other hobbies after Trains?

My other hobby is playing poker on Mondays. I enjoy that alkot because it is fun and I sometimes win a few hundred dollars. This week I did bad and was out of the tournament of 60-65 guys. I was probably the 30th guy out. I also enjoy doing housework to make my house look great. So what are your other hobbies of fun?

Photography (flowers, architecture and, um, trains), travel (British Columbia, Alberta and Japan in 2004…rode some trains there, too) and music (way too many LP’s and CD’s , plus I play synthesizers in the worship band at church and do a little composing and arranging).

Cowboy Action Shooting, paintball, writing sci fi short stories for my buddy’s kids, target shooting with my AR-15, working with my dogs, train chasing and train photography, surfing Ebay and the web in search of good train deals…

playing the clarinet, CCGs, and reading all sorts of books (particularly mysteries or histories).

I’m an artist, a political activist, a history buff, I practice meditation and martial arts. I’m also a full time college student, majoring in philosophy of religion and minoring in asian studies.

Life actually keeps me fairly busy but luckily I work at the university as well, so whenever I get off of classes I’m off work, and that’s when the major gains on the the layout are made.
