i am useing realistic water but it will seep through the plaster,modeling plaster it will even go thrugh the fiberglase boad what i wont to do is bulid a pound
I’m not sure what it is that you are trying to do.
Is this real water or “model” water? Where is the water coming from? Where is it going that you don’t want it to go? Are you building a river, stream or lake?
Give us some more details and you should be able to get lots of help. Pictures, if you have them, will really help.

Are you talking about a leaky basement?
Put woodland scenics flexpaste on the bed.
I don’t know what you have for your base, plywood, foam, plaster over screen etc.
But if the area no matter what you use is sealed properly by caulking cracks and painting the base with acrylic/ latex paint. This should hold and water making material without leaking. Usually the biggest problem is leaking at a temparary dam where a river/ steam runs off the edge of the layout. Even plain water won’t seep through plaster, good thing your not building boats.
