Kadee, I like the look and reliability. I have rolling stock from many manufacturers so I had to pick a standard. It only takes a few minutes to put a pair of Kadees on, and the cost is reasonable per unit. So far I’ve had no trouble at all either in installation or operation with the kadees. I did have a few phantom uncouplings with the B/mann couplers, but not enough to condemn the brand.
I guess the point is to pick one standard for your RR, the type of coupler you choose probably doesn’t make any difference in the long run.
