What DCC system should I get?

I have been in HO for a while and have a digitrax system for that layout. I just put a G scale train around the ceiling in my game room and have a dcc bachmann 3 truck shay w factory sound that I want to control all the functions with. I was thinking about buying a zepher because the other digitrax system I have is to complicated and expensive to control one train. I don’t think I will be expanding at all and I don’t want to pay to much money. I just would like to control the functions in that engine. What do you guys think.

You will need atleast a 3 amp system.

Yes and was told to try posting it here for more results. Can I hook a booster to the zepher? Or is there a better choice for G scale dcc that won’t break the bank?

G scale=Amps. Amps+DCC=$$$. Just ask Cudaken how going “cheap” with a DCC works out.
