The short answer is whatever I’m doing presently. I really like many different facets of this hobby. It would probably be easier to name the areas I enjoy least. Wiring and electronics are probably my least favorite, not because I don’t find them interesting but because I have the least knowledge and skill in this area. Same goes for custom painting. I would love to be able to do this well, but I’m certainly not there yet. I really enjoy scratchbuilding structures, but I don’t scratchbuild rolling stock at all (though I do kitbash some from time to time). When it all comes down to it, though, I suppose it is all about operating trains. Operations would have to be what its all about for me.
