What era are the Pikestuff pre-fab/modular metal buildings? I’m thinking they started being used in the late 1960s. Thanks, Roger Huber

I would guess they would be appropriate for the 70s to the present.

Pikestuff buildings look like Butler Buildings (the basic steel panel building system, at least).
Unfortunately their ‘About Us’ page is a little thin on real History, and a bit thick on ‘Rah-Rah-Us’. Looks like the rigid steel wall system was available post WWII, but this statement gives one pause:
"For example, in the 1970s Butler extended the long-term value of buildings by making them virtually weathertight. " Maybe you can use the Pikestuff building in the 1950s, but model them as leaky?
