As far as the topics go… I understand that we have numerous newbie questions and the get answered correctly, but the excitment, I feel has toned down some. I really can’t explain it either. Just my opinion, but I think it’s picked up a bit in the last few weeks. More interesting stuff, and some good pics. Great pics, even, if you want to check out Photo Fun for the last couple of weekends. The Layouts forum has some good stuff, too.
The problem is a HUGE drop in traffic. The number of members browsing around the forum has been going up since I joined and peaked right before the change to the new look. There would very often be 25 members and the most I ever saw was 48 I belive. If you count unregistered guests I think the highest count I saw was 125. Today was the busiest I saw this week and there were 11 people on. I cant really explain this astronomical decrease. I know a few people just hated the new format and left, and I guess the rest just couldn’t get through the not as user friendly registration and simply gave up.
