What happened to the unpublished E. L. Moore manuscripts?

I’m a big fan of E. L. Moore’s building construction articles from the ‘60s and ‘70s. He died in 1979, and in the February 1980 issue of Model Railroader, Jim Kelly wrote an article called E. L. Moore’s Legacy and in it he mentioned that,

“… there are about half-dozen more still to be published." (referring to manuscripts that E. L. Moore had submitted prior to his death)

I’ve looked through my copy of MR’s 75th anniversary DVD and there doesn’t seem to be any E. L. Moore articles published after Jim Kelly’s.

JDLowe asked this question years ago… he got his answer but it doesn’t appear here. The articles were found and he shared them in his blog. The links are all here:
