are the requirements to make a private railcar Amtrak compatible? I’m just asking this so when I’m a gazillionaire at 55 years of age, I’ll know what to do and how to do it.

I saw the mechanical stds “out there” somewhere, but can’t find them now. Some of the requirments are no bolted pedestals on trucks, must have roller bearings, HEP pass through cabling, etc.
