What is “The Big Sky Blue” that everyone that talks about!?[?][?][:0]

The only Big Sky Blue that I know about is the Great Northern’s last paint scheme.
It sure was a nice looking one, but Im partial since I model the Great Northern.
Mark in Texas.
It was dark blue with white and black stripes.
I think it’s OK, but not as nice as the Empire Builder Scheme.
I thought it was dark gray. [?]
