What is the best paint to use to paint figures

I want to paint some unpainted figures for use in my passenger cars. What is the best paint to use. I think I remember a discussion some time ago but a search did not yield any results.

John, I like acrylics, easy clean up with water and no fumes. If I can’t find flat in the color I want I overspray with Dulcoat when the paint has dried for a couple of days.

I use Games Workshop paint that they offer for painting their gaming figures. They can be found at hobby shops or gaming shops, or on-line at:

I used Poly-S to paint 120 MTH sitting figures. Usually covers in 1 coat except for white. Water-based, and drys quickly. Make sure you clean the figures in liquid dishwash soap to remove any mold release agents. I start with fleshtones, then the whites/lights, and do the hair and shoes last ( the 2 “holding” areas). Thanks guys, just what I was looking for.
