- Thanks to the influence of the British publication, Tramways and Urban Transit, a publicaton of the Light Railway Transport Assopciation, the line is to be light rail and not traditional third rail heavy rail. Most of the line will be elevated or on grade, but no street running (that I know of) but with level crossings. A buil-and-operate consorteum of manufacturors (including Bopmbedier, I believe) and operators has the contact. I believe construction has started but have not seen it directly.
