I saw this railcar sitting on a side track in my town.I have no idea what it is.

its a GRMS car…i piloted one a while back…and i have no clue what it dose…but its from the engineering department

Alot of MOW trains are. Have you seen a rail grinding train? At night? Its cool. [8D]

Heck, they’re not too bad during the day!!! Lots of smoke comin’ down the tracks, lots of sparks coming out from under it… [:D]
