I don’t have a favorite modron locomotive. Now as for MODERN, I go with SD70MAC

I like locomotives based on whether or not they look cool, not according to who builds them. That’s why I like the AC4400CW (specifically the C44ACCTE). EMD will always be there. No one needs to worry that they’ll be a “fallen flag.” Now let’s all wipe the schmoo out of our eyes and realize that SD7X locomotives are BORING.

SD70ACe are top in my book. GE’s just look too similar; all the same basic design…

SD90MAC gets my vote, I like the big “wings” on the backs of those things.

I like SD70ACe’s. I think they are awsome looking.

I have many favorit locomotives mostly all EMD but I like some GE too. However, my favorit locomotive isn’t modern it’s, the Allegeheny 2-6-6-6 H8 Class rules!!! I’m going to have to say that my favorit is the SD90MAC- H II. I like the prime mover under the hood. The V16265H rules!! But, in terms of overall locomotive preformace I like the SD80MAC, the ride is smooth, adheasion levels great, cab is really confortable, power application is steady, and . . . … some other things that I can’t think of. LOL
