What paint company was used for the NS Heritage engines?

That’s not a simple question. The EMD locos were painted in the factory, the GE locos were delivered in primer and painted by NS.
There is a great article describing what was involved in finding the right colors in the “Trains Special” “Heritage Power” magazine available wherever you get your other Kalmbach magazines.
