Check with any of the Internet Model Railroad suppliers and you should find one. I just checked MB Klein’s web site and they have what you are looking for listed as still in stock.

Improvise! You can put together two or three DPM kits and get the same effect, and there are many other options for structures. DPM’s have the same “look and feel” of the Merchants’ Row series.
M.B. Klein at www.modeltrainstuff.com lists both Merchants’ Row 1 and 2, but not 3. (Walthers is actually saying 2 is in stock, not 3, by the way.)
Substitute different structures? You can use the Walthers modules and DPM modules and/or kits to built smilar structures that would be the right size to fit in place.

Here’s a row of 3 buildings. The middle one is an old wood model of a bar called the “Java Dive.” The left one is DPM’s Pam’s Pet Shop, and the right is DPM’s “Other Corner Cafe,” painted and decalled as the “House of Haggis.”
Check out ebay, you’ll probably find them there.
k, how about this question: how do i make a road with styrofoam board would you paint it or would you dou something else? thanks.
Uhhhh…ever heard of scratchbuilding?
There are a lot of ways to make a road. You probably don’t want to just paint it, since the texture will be wrong. Some people use plaster, some drywall compound, some styrene…
Do a search of the forum, or google, and you will find lots of ideas. There have also been articles in MR (recently, I think). You can do a search on this site for that.
Or, look here… http://www.trains.com/Content/Dynamic/Articles/000/000/000/617iqpqx.asp
This is a hobby of creativity and improvisation. There isn’t a set of instructions with exact measurements. Don’t think of your plan as “requiring” anything. The plan is a suggestion, or an inspiration. As you go, you get more and more of a vision in your head, and try to make the layout match the vision.
Remember, Google is your friend!
Good luck!
