What type is this?

Have established it is from PFM/United built in the 1970’s
It is a Berkshire wheel arrangment but what prototype and is the tender correct?

Santa Fe. From what I can see of the tender, it is correct.

Yes this is an ATSF Berk with an oil tender which would make this a rebuild model. I see it has the double sand domes, this also gives it away has an ATSF engine.
