What was that all about --

Had to unlock the old login again. Didn’t know the password, so I clicked the email link. The pw it emailed me is a long string of random characters, but it worked.

Doesn’t seem to be any place under “Update Profile” to set your password.

I’ve never had anything like that happen to my account, and think it would not be a bad idea for you to contact Kalmbach and find out if they are really the ones doing this or if someone is attacking your computer with a phishing program to retrieve passwords, for whatever good it would do them.

It could have been a database error. Or, at one time Bank One’s (now assimalated in to Chase) website wouldn’t tell you if you entered an incorrect user name or password, it’d just prompt you to reactivate your service.

You should be able to save your password settings when you first log on Take time when loggong on read all the text. Ok I know it takes time but saves a lot of frutration. Keep the trains rolling[2c]
