Today I saw a passenger car sitting in the UP yard behind some reefers. From what I could see, it appeared to be an observation car in CFNR/AZCR paint. Unfortunately it was heavily graffitied. Has anyone heard anytthing about the “Appekunny Mountain” moving for some reason?
