What year for this CN safety award?

Any CNR vets out there who can put a year to this safety award?
It is a ceramic tile with a drawing of Ten- wheel No. 1530, and is backed with cork. The stamp on the back says “CN Purchases & Materials Management Safety Award”, and “An Original Design By Headford Ceramics - Toronto”.
