I’m also looking to bid on this!

Is that a good price?? If not where can I get it for a better price?
Thanx Jason
We aren’t going to be able to look at Your MY EBAY… You’ll have to provide an item number or auction link if you want an answer…
not much jut the fact one has a little more HP.
GP38’s were non turbo charged while the GP40’s were. Most Bachmann stuff isn’t worth more than $30. I don’t know whether these GP40’s and 38’s are new and improved or not, but to be safe and assured of getting a reliable loco I would stick to Atlas for straight GP38 or GP40 and P2K for GP38-2. If you want a GP40-2 then Athearn RTR is your best bet. That is unless Bachmann is the only brand that has your railroad’s markings.

What do you mean by that I don’t under stand?
He means if the model you want is available in your choice of railroad like, Santa Fe or Union Pacific or BNSF etc.
GP38 2000 horsepower
GP40 3000 horsepower
the 38 has 2 roof fans at the back, 40 has 3 fans.
Since the GP question has been answered, I’ll tell you about the B23s. $30 is a fairly good price, if you consider they were just raised to around $45 retail. I personally like Bachmann’s new stuff. They’re quiet, smooth, powerful, reliable, well detailed for the price and inexpensive. I’d highly recommend them.[:D][:D][:D]
