Tough choice. I’m torn between the BL2 and those god awfull Krauss Maufie diesel hydrolics that the SP used for a while. Truth be told though if it isn’t strait electric I’m not all that interested anyway.

I’m gonna agree on the Kraus-Maffei, but the U-Boats aren’t far behind, but for some reason I like the big Us in BN. The SD70ACe is also up there…and I’m actually more inclined towards widenose GEs now because of what EMD puts out nowadays…

Look at some recent rebuilds in the Czech Republic or some of the 1980s designs in Russia.
US locomotives are just elegant in comparison, even the SD70ACe!
