Here are a few additional choices that you should’ve included (IMHO):

(1) “All Of The Above” ,

(2) Other: ________ , and

(3) Painting/Weathering

I chose “kitbashing/scratchbuilding” because that’s what I always seem to find myself doing, painting and weathering would run a close second…

I chose operation, but track planning and scenery come in close, and tracklaying is always rewarding.

I chose two items (went back and voted a second time). Kitbashing and scratchbuilding and landscaping and structures.

Randall–

Though I like the poll and think you posted VERY appropriate choices, I couldn’t vote, because almost EVERY activity I get involved in concerning model railroading (exluding electrical) turns out to be my favorite activity at that particular point. That’s why I like the hobby so much, it makes me focus my concentration on the project at hand.

But I like the poll. [:)]

I did the poll and voted for Operations. By far my favorite when operating with a group. Scenery would have to be a close second.

I agree with a weathering one. Thats the one I get out of the most.
