Whatth ???

I’m Guess it was a reply to a question in another thread somewhere and the author accidently did a new topic instead of a reply. as for a whatth, ins’t that one of those weird Engli***rains? [:D]

Jay

look at the front truck of the sdp40

OK, JUST EXACTLY WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT???
I stared long and hard at this and did not see what you
may think you saw.
PLEASE, ELABORATE !!!

Nope, that would be too easy.

Compare the front truck to the rear one.

And it is “ready to run”.

I enjoyed this one, thanks.
Paul

WHOA, MULE !!!
I MUST BE AN IDIOT.
Clearly, the front parts on the axle are
assembled upside down, in comparison
to the rear. HUGE ERROR. IF you were to
get this very model, do not run it. This type
of manufacturer error is worth thousands
$$$$$$$$ in mint condition.

GDRMCo…you are right…this is FUNNY !!!
I wasn’t being very observant.
( This couldn’t have happened back in the “good old days”…when Athearn’s cast metal truck sideframes were actually part of the truck itself, instead of just pushed on to a couple of pins…oh the price we pay for better detail.)

Mike

Wow, why (and…HOW!?) would Walthers, the well known model manufacturer, make a mistake like that?
