Wheel Puller and Wheel Mounting Tools

Does anyone out there know where I can purchase a Wheel Puller and Wheel Mounting Tools for Lionel O Gauge wheels. Greenbergs Postwar Repair Manual gives the numbers ST-375 for the Wheel Mounting Tools and ST-311 for the Wheel Puller

NWSL maybe has tools that will do the job, but they will not be Lionel. You may want to try the Toy Trains forum, where the Lionel people hang out.
