is the wheel size for these cars 33" or 36"?

The standard wheel size is as follows:

50 ton truck - 28" wheels
70 ton truck - 33" wheels
100/110 ton truck - 36" wheels
125 ton truck - 38" wheels

Slight correction to Dave: 40-ton and 50-ton cars also had 33-inch wheels; the difference in rating was a function of journal depth and diameter.

The 28-inch wheels are used exclusively under low-deck auto racks; they are, for all intents and purposes, 70-ton wheels (again, due to the depth and diameter of the journal bearings).
