When is a good time to show you my layout?

So I have heard the layout is never done… but when do you all post pics of your work? I have been building since September. I have little pockets of areas complete, but I am still working on the mountain, putting in trees as I can afford them or build them. I just put in some roadway and am striping it. I have a few buildings in place. A few that I bought complete, and a few that I built. I still have areas that have styrofoam showing. These areas are where buildings will go. I just want to see how im doing, but at the same time, I dont want to post them if this is not the way you all normally do things :slight_smile: I am just excited I suppose :slight_smile:

As for me. I would post mine every so often to see if anybody had any input on it. Not telling you what to do, just a suggestion.

What are you waiting for? The invention of digital photography? I’ve posted a picture of my benchwork frame out in the driveway. We love to see the work-in-progress pictures, as well as the bits and pieces of nearly-complete parts of your layout. Take a look at the weekly “Weekend Photo Fun” post - everything from empty basements to finished scenes. We are all always “under construction,” so let’s see your layout as it grows.

Showing your layout in progress gives techniques, ideas, and initiative to others. Go ahead and post!

and I have the new Digital Camera too! Ok as soon as I finish the striping (later tonight) I will post some. I just hope my layout does not suck. I have seen a lot of what you all build and its fantastic!!

Doesn’t matter what others think, as long as your happy with what you’ve done, then all credit to you.
