I have a famous Passenger station

I used to have a freight house, tower, turntable and 4 main tracks

I used to be served by the Colorado Eagle

I was the western most terminal for MoPac St. Louis Commuter Trains

I used to be the terminal for a helper district

I am currently served by four Amtrak Trains

I see 40 freight trains a day

I am in a historic down town

I am one of the favorite places for parents to take their kids to see a train

I am the symbol of this town, as I am on the Police Badge and city logo

Where am I?

I’m betting on Kirkwood. Nice place to visit, with or without kids.

Yep, I would also guess Kirkwood…a wonderful town with a super train station and a great place to watch the U.P. and Amtrak action and usually find a foamer or two or three hanging around on the station platforms.

i say either denver or kansas city mo allthough im not sure theres more than 40 trains per day there

The answer IS Kirkwood, and where am I? I am here, I am there, I am everywehere between St. Louis ansd Sprinfeild drving a Hino 182 or Mitsubishi Fuspo delivering Chinese Food! I am surprised that the answer was so obvious!
