Where do I buy NEM 652 connector

Hi,

I hope someone can point me to a internet vendor who sells NEM 652 connectors. I did a search but couldn’t find any, probably looked at the wrong place.

Looking to make my brass locos dcc-ready but with the option of easy dcc decoder replacement in the future ( so not looking to soldering the wires in)

In additon, is there a website/book I can read up to understand the design of the little circuit/pcb that comes with most newer locomotive models?

Best regards,
Mun Hon

Check the NMRA web site under recommended practice. Data sheet 9.1.1 shows the Electrical Interface & Wire Code for Digital Command Control

You might try www.mouser.com. This is a large electronics parts seller. I don’t know if they have your particular item, but they have a lot of stuff. My son has bought parts from them for his various electronic projects (non RR). They will sell single pieces (you don’t have to to buy in lots of 100 or so) to individuals.
