Where have the Avatars gone?

I’d vote for clearing the cookies/cache out of your browser. that ususally seems to fix everything insofar as random errors (at least the non-virus/trojan/bad stuff ™ random problems).

As for the adding a new avatar, there are a few threads about the issue, and it’s been brought to the attention of the admins.

Thanks Dan. I’ll try clearing out the cookies if there are any. I’m pretty sure that when I reset the internet defaults that it deleted the cookies in the process.

I’ll try searching out the threads on the avatar and see what I come up with. I sent an email to Customer Service explaining the problem. Hopefully they will be able to help or send me in the right direction.
