Hello,
Am interested to learn more about narrow gauge railways that haul intermodal freight on a regular basis. Does anyone know where I might start to find out?

What gauges are you considering to be “narrow” ? Besides the 36" once common in the US, there’s today also Meter gauge (39.37"), Cape gauge (42"), and so on.
Australia, Brazil and Argentina are the first 3 that come to mind…
Plenty of New Zealand Intermodal videos on YouTube - Japan also. This is because there is plenty of narrow gauge intermodal activity in those countries.
Actually, lots of countries outside of Europe & North America use narrow gauge of some sort.
In Europe, there’s Switzerland, except the “intermodal” narrow gauge video I found for that was actually Wagon-Load operations (which is cool too, but not what the OP wants).
ETA: Since Australia has been mentioned, here’s an article showing modern NG intermodal equipment in Queensland
The Rhätische Bahn in Switzerland regularly operates container flats in its freight trains and in its mixed trains. This railway company is all metre gauge.
Watch the slide show on this page for photos of different types of container operations
