Where is the Tony Koester video on operations using waybills?

In the August 2016 MR Insider Jenny Maaske mentions (near 00.57) a video by Tony Koester and David Popp about operations with waybills, possibly called “layout operation primer”. I believe it is meant to be related to the Winston-Salem Southbound layout. It is September now, does anyone know where this is? My searches of MRR and MRV don’t find it.
