where to get prewar parts

i am wondering where i can get my hands on some prewar parts for restoring a 259e. repro parts are ok, i am just having a hard time turning over teh right leave

oddly enough i found the olsen site about a min before u posted that link. how hard will it be for me to replace an entire e-unit. I found a remand one for like $30 and all i have to do is mount it and wire it.

Brian,

If you are handy with a soldering iron and wiring, you should be fine. Take careful note of how your exisiting unit is connected. Make sure the new e-unit is a direct match for your old one before removing the old one.

If you have problems, there are many of us here that can give you a hand.
