Where to look for HO brill trolley models?

Anyone know of maufacturers of HO Brill trolleys other than Bowser and Bachmann?

Those are the main two. Many different brass imports have come out over the years,of the two I would suggest that you look seriously at the bowser ones,bit more work but they run much better. Mind you I keep alot of the bachman ones around for kitbashing ( plastic is easier to cut than the white metal ).For a more comprehensive manufacturer list try this website and follow the mfg links.
