what engine is longer in inches an athearn rtr sd45 or an athearn rtr sd40-2 both in ho scale?

The SD40-2 - by about 3 scale feet(less that 1/2"). The prototype SD40 & SD45 share the same frame. The ‘dash-2’ line of engines were extended so that the new HTC trucks could fit and still have a 4000 gal fuel tank.
