which notch?

sd90mac.mp3

which notch is this (710 engine)?

thanks

This is a spam site that has nothing to do with railroading. Don’t click on it.

It’s an upload server. If you click on the link you have to waid a few seconds until the download starts (there is a countdown), but to avoid that, you can simply right click and chose save as.
My guess is you never used free upload servers

Since whatever I say now won’t change because you screwed up now, please check again, and tell them the truth yourself

thank you

Throttle is in Run 4.

thanks

My guess is it is at idle speed.

no way. I asked because I wasnt sure wheather its 4,5 or 6 but it can’t be idle

Why can’t it be idle, I have heard many of the newer EMD products at idle and they are quite loud even while idling.

It’s not the volume, but the RPM. This is way way too fast for idle.

As requested by Wildrails, I checked the link again. I still sat through several minutes of popups and watching a countdown timer. An awful lot to sit through for a 5 second recording of an EMD prime mover.

Why didn’t you simply right click and download the file directly instead of doing that?

Because when a link is provided, normal people left click on it. Since there was no note that it was loaded with other garbage, there was no indication to right click.

I don’t know, my first reflex when I see a linked file is to right click, but maybe that’s just me

Next time I’ll specify that you should right click

RIght-clicking on the link you provided in this forum simply offered to download an HTML page, not the sound file.

That’s strange. I get a direct download in my browser when I right click.
