I’m trying to track down a supposedly well-know model railroader named Dick Truesdale. I think he modeled the Southern Pacific in HO. Does anybody know of him or where I can find information about him or his layout(s)? Thank you!
I don’t know it for sure, but I think Dick Truesdale is the former owner of WESTSIDE MODELS, is in his eighties and with time sells many pieces of his collection. But again: not sure.
Dick Truesdale, a former airling pilot, imported some very nice brass models under the name Westside Models. While talking to someone from Sunset Models, he mentioned that Dick lives somewhere near Silcon Valley. You might try contacting Sunset Models for more information.
