I just got a hold of this F7 (?) Frisco Diesel. I have never heard of the company that’s stamped on the bottom, it says " Micro Cast Tokyo, made in Japan" , anyone out there familiar with them? How old could this be ?

What gauge is it? Almost looks like N from that pic except for the couplers

It looks like a copy of the old Trains Miniature FA-1 from the early 70’s! Even the brass wheels, brass truck springs and drive look a lot like it. IIRC, someone imported them again in the late 70’s/early 80’s - this may be one of those…
