who owns IHB?

I lost track of ownership of IHB during all the mergers. Who now owns it?

NS seems to be running trains from the Fort Wayne line to Osborn and then up the IHB to the Conrail line. It makes sense, in order to have flexibility and maximize capacity.

Anyone else noticing this?

I believe Canadian Pacific owns 49% (from the CMSP&P-Soo Line) while NS and CSX each own 25.5%, splitting Conrail’s 51%.
