Does anyone other than American Limited Models make a working wigwag signal in HO?

A look through the 2006 Walthers HO scale catalog indicates that N.J. International in Higley, Arizona is the only other company that makes a Wig-Wag signal, but their web site indicates “Non Motorized” which probably means that they can’t be made to actually move.
NJ International has several models that move, but lack motors. This may be one of them. If so, they probably indicate which motorization kit (generally from Circuitron, I believe) will work on the signal.
