Williams 3-rail/2-rail conversion

So I have this Williams X-29 that I’ve stripped and would like to put 2-rail O gauge trucks and scale couplers on. Does anybody make a drop-in bolster for such a conversion? Surely this is a frequent modification?

Recommendations for dimensionally-correct O-scale decals for PRR 100XXX (corrugated door, dreadnaught ends)?
