Thorough review of a nice, entry level locomotive which offers a lot of value for the money. Good perspective on the scale fidelity issue and the postwar nostalgia, I’m very much in agreement. In this price range, capturing the flavor of locomotive (or of postwar styling) is a more likely goal than fine scale appearance.
