Is anyone out there running the William’s scale E7 AA units with the Williams 60’ Aluminum Streamline coaches. How do they look?
Thanks Cnjcomp

I’ve seen them running on someone else’s layout. They looked great to me. I didn’t mind the strip inserts of silhouettes in the coaches instead of clear windows with passenger figures. To me, that was the biggest difference with a Lionel/MTH product. Also, the engines had no engine sounds or smoke. But we didn’t miss that.
They look OK. They also look better with 72 foot (aka 18" cars). 16" cars look pretty good behind “F” units.
LHS has a set on the display layout behind a GG1, they look very good.
Thanks for the info. When I saw the specs that the E7 AA units are 36" long, I was worried that they would look huge next to the 16" cars. Track radius is not a problem since I am running 36 & 48" Fastrack.
Are the F7’s similar? I have a set of F7’s ABA with Santa Fe on them, run good and can handle 031 curves, and have a set of six matching aluminum passenger cars.
If the E7’s look too large try using 18 or 21 inch long passenger cars.

Why doesn’t someone produce clear plastic window inserts, overhead lighting, and interiors for Williams’spassenger cars? Does anyone do what K-Line had available for O-31"???
Hummm … all the williams I’ve seen lately have sounds and smoke . But those passenger windows have to go ! You can get window material and replace those … come on guys do a little detail work ! I’m replacing all mine on the upcoming winter days and nights .
