Winter Photos,LOOK,SHARE,TALK

Great photos. None for me but I do have a video I will try to post later.

Rave, you took some interesting photos. Reminds me of the many hours I spent in the Chicago area chasing winter time trains. Where were these photos taken?

Rave: Those are great shots to my eyes. Gives the impression the next train coming by will really be flying on the great looking tangent track. Also well depicts the depth of winter with the dark skies and snow.

those are beautiful pics! good job man. theres nothing like snow covered tracks.

Looks like some fun in the snow there. Here’s a few to add to the collection on this topic, all are from central Minnesota since the first of the year.

I’m hoping for more snow before the spring thaw shows up.

I guess from these photos it would not be a good idea to paint locomotives white eh? safety first boys.

Trailryder,

Great Pics of the CNW Heritage unit ! I Like them all…Danny

I believe you have 2 or 3 here you should submit to UP for their annual calender

Great pics Bill. I liked 'em all.

Sorry I’m late to the party. So far I’ve absolutely loved the White-Face BN shot, and the CNW Heritage shot. Here’s a couple of mine that you’ve probably seen before, but seem to fit the theme:

That last picture stuns me every time.
