Wiring a crossover

Hi,

How does one wire a crossover when there is a Digitrax AR1 reverse

controller invold. Is there any books out there that would give me an indeph

steps on how to wire an crossover.

Thanks,

Chris

That could throw a wrench into things. There are people around here that love to solve those things, but they are going to want to see a track plan to understand the nature of the involvement, know the type of crossover and if there is also a circuit breaker creating a threesome.

I was thinking of brands of double crossovers. My mind was still reeling from the necrothread on reversing loops nested inside of reversing loops with all of the above.

Big Daddy wants a track plan, cuyama wants clarification on whether it is a crossover, double crossover, or double slip, and I want both.

But, for starters, you need to totally isolate the reverse section by fully gapping it and then any feeders inside the reverse section need to feed into the output side of the AR1. Whenever a single turnout, crossover, double crossover, or double slip is at the entrance or exit to the reverse section, one or more of the legs will be to be gapped as part of the total isolation effort.

And if the object of this thread does not involve a reversing section, then nothing at all needs to be done.

Sometimes a crossover is just a crossover.

If past predicts future, my friend, Rich would like that data by sunrise tomorrow, International Date Line time zone. [:D][}:)]

And I want to see the WHOLE plan, not just the segment where the crossover/crossing is.
