In the Atlas O March 2009 new announcements there are Wisconsin & Southern O Scale Evans Products 53’ Double Plug Door Box Cars. There is Model Railroader. Someday there could be a Classic Toy Trains Boxcar made by Atlas O.
This is the upcoming K-Line by Lionel Boxcar. Similar cars occasionally are in CN freight trains.

I like this road. Don’t see enough of its cars, even though I’m near the UP line to Janesville.
In the 1990’s there was a Wisconsin & Southern 50’ Modern Boxcar that showed up on the GTW. While the Vivid Deep Blue Paint looked great, it looked as though cheap paper stencils were used for the name WISCONSIN & SOUTHERN.
These upcoming releases are the best looking example of the more recent W&S repaints.

There has not yet been any articles about how to model the Wisconsin & Southern in O Scale or O Gauge in CTT using existing models. The O Gauge W&S railroad could be a modular or shelf type layout.
