HI everyone I just read in today’s paper that a woman from sussex was standing on the tracks last night as a train was coming.It did not say what railroad it was. But it happened on silverspring Rd in Sussex so I’m guessing it was. Wisconsin Central LTD OR CN but I’m not sure. but anywho she was killed on impact from the train.

Authorities identify woman hit by train
Waukesha County sheriff’s officials have identified the woman hit and killed by a train overnight in Sussex as a 44-year-old Milwaukee woman. Her name is being withheld pending family notification but is expected to be released later today.
At 9:45 p.m., an engineer reported hitting what he thought was a person on the tracks, according to a sheriff’s department release. Deputies and the engineer checked the tracks and found the woman, who was pronounced dead at the scene, near Highway VV and Waukesha Road in the Village of Sussex, the release said.
The woman was alone. Investigators are still looking into why she was on the tracks.

First and Formost God Bless everyone involved.
This is a good (horrible) reason as to why people shouldn’t tresspass on railroad property. I do wonder why she was on the tracks, I’m thinking that she was drunk or something like that. I also wonder is her family going to sue the railroad for pain and suffering.
Maybe the railroads should start posting signs along the rights or way that say. Such and Such Railroad Property…walk on tracks at your own risk.
Dont dismiss suicide as a possible cause…
Yeah no kidding. This is eerily similar to a story in Watertown, WI a couple of months ago. Some woman just layed down on the tracks and let the train do the rest. Either way it has to really suck for the train crew.
Many people have used the RR to thin the herd. Even a Dr., out here, ended his life that way. They don’t think, or care, about what the crew has to deal with. Suicide usually is the ultamate act of egotistical expression.
These deaths on the tracks inconvenience everyone. Of course the people who die from wandering on the tracks might not be able to see the bigger picture. Their thought processes might be deadened by use and abuse of all type of legal and illegal intoxicants.
If they were actually arrogant they would end their lives with a large explosive and toxic cloud producing device. That would totally ruin more peoples lives.

Not so, many have been known to use any kind of vehicles (cars & trucks down crowded sidewalks or even a plane into a building). If you think about it, many suicide notes contain an “My life is so bad”,“I’ll show them/you” or “I don’t care” attitude. They may not think their life is worth anything or nobody listens to them, but in the end it is a way to make people notice.
Since you are correct in your observation about arrogance being cause, then it proves that evil is tangable substance that these people are carrying inside them when they commit sucide. The evil substance in their souls is causing them to break to apart their bodies without regards for others.
