i’ve heard of sniffing glue , but never drinking it
neither method has ever appealled to me , i prefer to glue my fingers to various small parts . i find super glue the best for this , white glue just takes too long to dry
Well, they are man and cow, after all. Originally, Elmer’s Glue was (and might still be) a milk product made from cassien, a dairy deriviative. Both Elsie and Elmer were creations of the Borden Milk company. I’m not sure what the corporate standing of each of them is these days, and it was a bit hard to find on the web. I didn’t see a direct reference to Elmer’s Glue on the Borden page at a quick glance, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve gone their separate ways.
Now, were you using the Oreo’s for ballast? Yummy. A bit dark for my taste, although I do use black “cinders” for ballast in my subways.
Actually, if you run out of milk and really want to have cereal, that mixture isn’t a bad substitute. Just don’t leave the bowl half consumed, unless it’s Rice Krispies and you like Rice Krispy treats…
How’d the milk do holding down the ballast? 2% better than whole?
Man, that is funny. Makes ya feel any betterm I have found myself out of habit, reaching for the “glue glass”. Almost had it a few times… You are not alone.
