I don’t know if you’ve seen this site - but it gives info on Wyomissing Junction. Be sure to go to Dos-E-Dough (sp?) bakery located nearby.

The Frograil Guide to the NS Harrisburg Line Wyomissing to Harrisburg is very detailed, and it lists many good photography sites.
I have photographed trains in Lebanon, PA where the NS tracks run in a private right-of-way in the middle of a street. There are old abandoned industrial buildings on both sides of the street, and they are good photo props. A park at 12th Street is at the west end of the street, and it is a good location for photographing westbound trains, but the neighborhood is not the best.
I have also photographed trains in Palmyra which still has a station which is on the north side of the tracks; that station is now a hobby shop.
